Core Features

Only withstands unidirectional axial loads, completely incapable of radial loads; double-direction thrust ball bearings consist of two sets of unidirectional structures, capable of withstanding bidirectional axial loads and used for bidirectional axial positioning.

Compact structure, high axial stiffness, and point contact design between the raceway and steel balls, suitable for axial positioning and axial force transmission, but unsuitable for angular misalignment conditions.

Low limiting speed (far lower than deep groove ball/cylindrical roller bearings), prone to sliding friction and temperature rise at high speeds; full complement type has even lower speeds and is mostly used for low-speed, heavy-load applications.

Extremely high requirements for coaxiality, end face parallelism, and installation accuracy; angular deviations can easily lead to uneven steel ball loading, premature wear, or bearing seizure.

Primarily grease lubrication; oil lubrication can be used for medium- and high-speed applications (oil flow impacting the steel balls must be avoided); optional sealing/dustproof structures are available to adapt to different environmental requirements.

Machine Tool Industry – Spindle axial positioning, lead screw support, worktable locking mechanism; the core reason for its suitability is high axial positioning accuracy, ability to withstand pure axial loads, and low-speed stability.

Automotive Industry – Transmission axial thrust bearing, clutch disengagement mechanism, rear axle differential; the core reason for its suitability is large axial loads, compact space, and low-speed operation.

General Machinery – Axial thrust support for water pumps/fans, reducer thrust end, crane hoisting mechanism; the core reason for its suitability is pure axial loads, low-speed heavy loads, and axial positioning requirements.

Construction Machinery – Excavator slewing mechanism,  loader transmission; the core reason for its suitability is low-speed heavy loads, and moderate impact resistance.
